2002 holden ute vu ii in CANBERRA, Australian Capital Territory for sale

the ute has 306000 kms on it.
i have owned it for 3 years plus a bit more. i bought it off my work before that it was a service ute in sydney for 5 years. now has been a second car to me for the last 13 months. i dont have space for it
it was the only petrol car in the fleet and was kept past the 3 year lease period by the senior technician who had the car as his personal vehicle.
he did do regular services on it and i have had a service every 10000 kms since i bought it.
got records from heartland holden since new during warranty 3 years. 160,000km
after that it was serviced at merv newby silverwater till i bought it.
rego till sept 2011 nsw rego.
4 speed auto.
3.8 litre v6
new tyres sept 2010 on steel wheels (new cop rims the originals were scratched up)
mechanically good � when driven you can feel its quite a solid car.
factory holden tow ball.
airconditioning
cosmetically a few issues. dint on passenger side door/body. front bumper showing signs of front end impact (minor). most panels have few dints etc.
repaired some surface rust in the ute.
bit of silicon on the roof left over from when the canopy was fitted.
canopy is included with the ute for free. i have no use for it.
interior ok
bad points
bit of fluid accumulated on power steering pump
a few oil leaks on engine
was told at rego inspection that universal joint on driveshaft has split in rubber ring
brakes will need machining in near future. slight warping.
needs a wheel alignment.
because i had a fuel card for the last 3 years i have spreadsheet of all my fuel use. around the 9.5 l/100 mark combined highway city driving. between canberra sydney alot ever since i moved here in 2008
done 77000 kms since i bought it.
