I have a membership in Kunapipi Lodge in Perisher (you can google it). It is a family friendly, well equipped, self-catering lodge in very good condition. All rooms have ensuites, heaters and the modern kitchen and living rooms work well for sharing. Prices are pretty good.
As I am no longer able to ski (due to a non-skiing injury ):) but still take my kids up I would prefer to go to Thredbo so I can use the gym and heated pool during the days.
