I'm looking for someone to take over my Warrumbul Lodge contract around mid-November 2013 (or imediately)*. This is one of the newer UniLodges and the room is in impeccable condition. I've been happily living here for the last three years, but will finish my degree at the end of October. The contract is valid until the 31st of January 2014, with no obligation to extend beyond that (although you certainly can). I also have one of the coveted UniLodge car spaces ($22 per week), but the contract is not conditioned on this (i.e. if you don't want the car space, you don't have to have it). The apartment is rare in that it has a lovely view of Black Mountain (most rooms look at other people) - really lucky!
Great opportunity to see if the UniLodge experience is for you before committing to a normal 52-week contract (which is all Warrumbul Lodge usually offers)! Also great if you just want time to settle in somewhere before the start of next year or to make some friends to form a share-house with next year!

Rent is $291 per week (charged at $582 per fortnight). This includes:

Note: the applicant should be a full time ANU or other Canberra-based student. However, if you're starting a full-time degree at ANU next year (2014), you still may be eligible.
