Looking for someone to take over the lease of my apartment at Lena Karmel, ANU UniLodge.
If you meet the NRAS requirements it is $296 a week, otherwise $331.

All amenities are included in the weekly rent. That includes gas, hot water, electricity, and unlimited internet(Very fast). Room is fully furnished, contains its own kitchen and bathroom, and includes a wall mounted televison.
Very close proximity to lectures and shops. Free entry to gym downstairs with a $25 sign up fee. Underground parking for an afforable weekly price.
Must be an ANU student, and can not be a current UniLodge resident. (Rules of contract) The contract goes through UniLodge, and runs until the end of January 2014.
