PARALEGAL / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
An innovative boutique law firm which specialises in employment and property law is looking for a paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is a busy role which involves providing administrative assistance to the conveyancing team and paralegal assistance in employment law. It will suit you well if you like to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be dedicated, proactive and able to provide a range of administrative assistance in a timely and efficient manner.
Your day will involve greeting clients, preparing and maintaining files, preparing documents to solicitor’s instructions (e.g. file schedules, routine correspondence, preparing court documents etc.), scanning and uploading documents, and responsibility for office administrative tasks including mail registry, stationary orders and banking. This role has a strong IT foundation so the ideal candidate must be comfortable in a forward moving environment.
Ideally, you will have:
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• High level organisation skills
• Excellent computer literacy and document management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• First rate ‘people’ skills
You will have recognised administrative experience gained in a professional environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team.
