SAP Test Analyst in CANBERRA, Australian Capital Territory for sale

This role plans, designs, executes and reports on test procedures, scripts and schedules to perform timely and accurate testing of systems. This involves the planning, design, management, execution and reporting of tests to ensure that new or amended systems, configurations, packages or services (and their interfaces) perform as specified. Persons performing the role generally specialise in one or more disciplines such as a particular system or testing types (e.g. functional, usability, etc.) and/or test complexity. Examples of key duties/tasks include, but not limited to:Work as part of a test team.Assist with the analysis of testing requests and business requirements and advise practicality of testing process alternatives.Liaise with relevant business, application area or project team.Correctly and accurately apply testing process and business process.Use and maintain testware (cases, scripts, reports, plans etc.) in accordance with Department Testing standards.Participate in testing risk assessment/Compile and update/Examine and address issues in testing risk registers.Assist with or manage the execution of tests in accordance with the test strategy and plan.Make recommendations about production readiness/provide final testing recommendation reports detailing the product’s production readiness based on residual risks and testing outcomes/develop and report on quality and residual risks, testing issues, defects and metrics/assist with the development of test management progress reports and metrics.Develop and maintain test maintenance program plans and schedules.Develop and maintain testing documentation including strategies, plans, business cases, progress reports and test summary reports.In consultation with senior management, develop and improve testing capabilities and assist in business case preparation and project planning.Communicate with technical teams to ensure problems found during testing are resolved.Provide testing progress reports, detailing testing activities.Appropriately skilled Test Analysts with knowledge of, and experience in, one or more SAP modules such as ABAP, BRF+, CRM, ERP (FI modules, HR/Payroll modules, E-Recruitment, Talent Management), SRM, HANA, Social Services, Process Integration (PI), WCEM, GRC Modules, PSCD, Business Warehouse (BI7), Business Objects (BOBJ4), FioriPlease note having Australian Citizenship is mandate for this role.
